GalaxyOne Institutional
GalaxyOne Institutional is Galaxy's prime brokerage platform, providing institutional clients with access to spot trading, custody, lending, staking, and settlement services through a unified API and GUI surface.
The platform is operated by GalaxyOne Prime LLC (NMLS ID: 1988685), a licensed Money Services Business registered with FinCEN and holding Money Transmission Licenses in 48 U.S. states, plus the New York BitLicense.

Settlement
Flexible settlement on a client-elected schedule:
- Daily net settlement — netting across eligible trades on the client's configured schedule

Control Background
- Client asset reconciliation is designed around an authoritative client subledger and custodial asset-location records.
- Reconciliation runs intraday, daily, and monthly, with escalation SLAs for breaks.
- Digital signing uses hybrid controls: routine operations can be system-driven, while sensitive actions require explicit authorization and, for custody, MPC or multi-signature controls.

During UAT, Galaxy provides FIX credentials and/or REST API keys if requested, access to our Prime Brokerage UI and sets up dedicated communication channels. Production cutover requires network whitelisting and completion of onboarding due diligence.
